To prepare for your role as a journalist, you should:
1. Read the background guide for your assigned meeting room (accessible in the JUEMUN PREP section)
2. Learn the meaning and pronunciation of key vocabulary in the background guide.
3. Do your KUGMUN journalism assignment and submit it by the 15th of June. Each format has their own submission procedure, so please carefully read your journalist preparation guide and assignment. This will be sent to you by e-mail in April.
4. LIKE the KUGMUN Facebook page and connect with other KUGMUN participants and faculty advisers. All of the news you produce at KUGMUN will not only be posted on the KUGMUN website, but also on the KUGMUN Facebook, and Twitter pages.

Students can be a Country Delegate, Video Journalist, Newspaper Journalist, Podcast Journalist, Cartoon Journalist, Videographer, Social Media Journalist, Translator, Interpreter, Country Delegate using LEGO, Chair, Assistant Chair, Editor-in-Chief, or Magazine Editor.
